Here is my dice roller for 40k. I'm an old guy stuck in 3rd edition so I hope this still applies to folks using the game today. It has a nice ability to filter out dice. Say for instance that you want to roll 32 die to hit. Say it's ballistic 3 so filter out the 1's and 2's. Then roll the remaining die for wounds, etc. It's not a do all program, but should be fun for simple things or for tossing up to 40 dice, or 80 if you use both die windows.
