I was just having fun making work related haiku as a joke. Over a week or so, I wrote several Zen themed haiku. I hope you enjoy.

an eternity
consciousness fades yet again
a blessing occurs

help me i'm in hell
or help me i'm in heaven
occupy one space

cut off all thinking
a tree, a rock, the blue sky
they are all just words

the finger, the moon
a tool, the truth, cease thinking
they are all the same

i see it before me
the future right here right now
let ripples begin

a warm breeze passes
i see the song in the air
the sound of Buddha

overwhelmed at work
I don't become anything
I am I, just be.

thoughts turn into delusion
return to sitting
no delusion, only thoughts
